Most operational problems present as constant firefighting, no clear operating rhythm, and work that depends on a few key people. The analysis finds where that starts: the handoffs, approvals, and gaps in clarity where work stalls. You leave with a clear picture of the problems and a prioritized plan to fix them, whether or not you work with us afterward.

Two live diagnostic sessions
We work through how work actually moves through your business with the owner or operations lead: where it starts, who hands it to whom, and where it waits.

A written recommendation report
The bottlenecks we found, ranked by impact, with the fixes we would make first. It is yours to act on, with us or without us.
- 03
A proposal where it fits
If the report points to work we could do together, it includes a proposal for hourly consulting or an ongoing engagement. You are free to decline it. The analysis and the report are yours either way.
Who qualifies
- Service businesses with teams of up to 50 people
- Steady demand, with the owner or a team leader still holding the handoffs together
- The owner or operations lead attends both sessions
- The capacity to act on the findings, at minimum through hourly consulting, should you choose to proceed

Limits

Availability. We open a limited number of analyses at a time. When they are taken, new applications join a waitlist and we contact you when a place opens.

Eligibility. The offer is for service businesses with teams of up to 50 people. Larger organizations and businesses outside services are welcome to contact us about a paid engagement.

One per organization. One analysis per company or organization. The owner or operations lead must attend both sessions; we do not run the analysis with a delegate alone.

Readiness. The analysis is for businesses able to fund the recommended next step, at minimum hourly consulting, if they choose to proceed. There is no obligation to proceed.

No cost, no obligation. The sessions and the report are free. Any follow-on work is a separate agreement with its own scope, pricing, and terms.

Qualification and withdrawal. Whether an application qualifies is at our discretion. We may decline an application or end the offer at any time without notice. Applying does not create a purchase, a contract, or any commitment on either side.

Confidentiality. What you share in the sessions is used to prepare your report and for nothing else. How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
